It is no secret that I am a big fan of The Biggest Loser reality TV show. With the recent crowning of Asia’s First Biggest Loser, I just felt that when the motivation is just right, anything is possible (in the TBL case it was the cold hard cash, definitely). Yosh! I can do it too!

I want to do something for my health! For my hobby! For my vanity! For my wardrobe! AND for my sedentary lifestyle!

No more lazying around like this all the time!

If this guy could do it:

I think I could do it too!

P/S: I trust that when the result shows, I will pat myself on the back and be forever grateful.

P/P/S: I’ll take it real slowly and not go all berserk like my inspirational TBL.
